It's an MG Strike Gundam ver.RM by Dragon Momoko. DM was the company to produce the first MG Tallgeese 3 which has got them known throughout the plamo community. Now this version of the Strike isn't a straightforward copy of Bandai's, instead it seems as if DM redesigned or based their design from the model Bandai made. With plenty of modifications such as wider range of articulation on the hands and "metal build" like detail on the weapons (not shown here) and throughout the entire model.
